Keynote by Florian Lüdeke-Freund:
It has been a pleasure hearing your presentation about sustainability and business models !
As I mentionned during our discussion, a ‘system’ modelling can be used (based on Jean-Louis Le Moigne “la théorie du système général”) at product / process / business model / strategy levels to track value creation = benefits / costs (in money, time, raw materials and other environmental and social impacts).
Many methods are sharing these concepts for corporate performance : blue ocean, shared value, business model generation, business analysis, eco-design, value analysis, lean, jugaad innovation … that can be put in synergy.
See our works, also involving Bernard Yannou for Ecole Centrale de Paris at http://valeursetmanagement.com/w-a-v-e-s-for-a-wider-application-of-values-across-the-enterprise-system-shared-value-initiative/.
And feel free to contact me for further exchanges.
